How to Upscale an Image
Step 1: Open Your Design
Navigate to your Gallery and select the room design you want to upscale.
Step 2: Find the Upscale Button
On the image detail page, locate the "Upscale" dropdown button next to the Download button.
Step 3: Select Upscale Option
Click the dropdown and choose your desired upscale option (2x, 4x, 4K, or 8K).
Step 4: Wait for Processing
A progress modal will appear showing:
- Current progress percentage
- Original and upscaled image comparison
- Estimated time remaining
Processing times vary:
- 2x/4x: 1-3 minutes
- 4K: 2-4 minutes
- 8K: 3-5 minutes
Step 5: Download
Once complete, the upscaled image automatically downloads. You can also click the Download button in the progress modal.

Credits Not Deducted / Refund
If an upscale fails, your credits are automatically refunded. Check your credit balance in Account settings.
