Account Management: Profile, Settings, and Security

Learn how to manage your RoomEnhance account, update settings, and maintain security.

Profile Settings

Access your profile from the account menu in the top right:

Editable Information

  • Display name
  • Profile photo
  • Company/Business name
  • Location
  • Professional title

Connected Accounts

  • Google sign-in
  • Email/password

Security Settings

Password Management

  • Change password via your authentication provider
  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Enable 2FA when available

Active Sessions

  • View all active sessions
  • Sign out from other devices
  • Review login history

Privacy Controls

Profile Visibility

Choose who can see your profile:

  • Private: Only you
  • Public: Anyone can find you

Design Sharing Defaults

Set default visibility for new designs:

  • Private: Only you can see
  • Unlisted: Anyone with link
  • Public: Visible in explore

Data Export

Download all your data:

  1. Go to Account > Privacy
  2. Click "Request Data Export"
  3. Receive download link via email

Deleting Your Account

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

  • All saved designs and projects
  • Your profile and preferences
  • Any remaining credits (forfeited)
  • Subscription (cancelled)

How to Delete

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Navigate to the "Account" tab
  3. Click "Delete My Account"
  4. Confirm via email
  5. Account deleted within 30 days

Before You Delete

Consider:

  • Downloading your designs first
  • Cancelling any active subscription
  • Exporting your data
